What we’re building, testing, and delivering across Europe
Activities & Outcomes
An overview of what the CREDIT Project is doing to support small businesses and adult learners in building green and digital skills.
How the Project Works
The CREDIT Project is structured into 7 main activities. Each focuses on a key part of our mission — from developing tools and lessons to testing them in real workplaces and making them available online for everyone.
CREDIT ACTIVITIES
Our 7 Project Activities
PA1 – Kick-Off Meeting
Led by: SISERA (Greece)
We started the project with a transnational planning meeting. This ensured a shared understanding among partners and laid the foundation for smooth collaboration.
Key points:
- Defined project goals, roles, and responsibilities
- Reviewed the implementation plan and schedule
- Introduced communication and monitoring tools
PA2 – Project Management & Coordination
Led by: SISERA (Greece)
Ongoing coordination across all partners ensures the project runs smoothly and delivers results on time.
Key elements:
Monthly check-ins and shared dashboards
Internal quality assurance system
Structured reporting and documentation
Partner satisfaction and impact tracking
PA3 – Toolkit Development
Led by: SISERA (Greece)
We are developing a Green Business Toolkit to help small businesses adopt sustainable practices. It’s based on real input from stakeholders across South Europe.
Focus areas:
Green Office: energy, waste, recycling
Green Procurement: ethical sourcing, supply chains
Green Operations: eco-design, packaging
Training Evaluation: matching content to learner needs
Expected output:
Toolkit with practical guidelines and templates
Translated into partner languages
Built for use by educators and businesses alike
PA4 – Creation of Open Digital Lessons
Led by: Officine Europa APS (Italy)
Based on the toolkit, we are creating a modular training program for adult learners in sustainability and green entrepreneurship.
Training modules will include:
Foundations of Green Business
Developing a Green Business Model
Skills & Roles in Green Enterprises
Stakeholder Engagement
Implementation & Growth
Expected output:
5 themed, digital lesson sets
Real-life examples and case studies
Ready for delivery online and in workshops
PA5 – Pilot Training Programs
Led by: SISERA (Greece)
Each country will run pilot training with real participants — entrepreneurs and employees — using the new lessons and tools.
Format:
8 sessions (2 face-to-face + 6 online)
Blended learning, teamwork, and self-assessment
Group mini-projects within enterprises
What it will test:
Relevance and clarity of the content
Participant engagement and outcomes
Readiness for wider public use
PA6 – MOOC Platform
Led by: Akdeniz Panorama (Turkey)
We are building a free online platform where adult learners can access all lessons and materials — and earn certification.
Key features will include:
Interactive digital lessons and videos
Downloadable resources
Discussion forums (national & international)
Certificates for users who complete 75% of the course
Goal:
To make green entrepreneurship training accessible to everyone — now and in the future.
Final Event & Public Dissemination
Led by: Akdeniz Panorama & SISERA
A final meeting and public event will summarize the project, share all outcomes, and involve stakeholders from education, business, and policymaking.
What it will include:
Public presentations of tools and results
Feedback collection and evaluation
