About This Activity

PA1 was the first major step in the CREDIT Project. It brought together all project partners to align on objectives, define responsibilities, and establish the working structure for the entire project.

This meeting ensured that everyone was clear on how to move forward, how tasks would be distributed, and how communication and reporting would be handled.

Objectives

Launch the CREDIT Project with a unified understanding of goals
Share each partner’s responsibilities and activity plans
Review the implementation timeline (Gantt chart)
Present the Communication and Dissemination Plan
Clarify reporting and financial procedures

Tasks Involved

Presentation of project vision and structure
Partner-led breakdowns of their individual roles (PA3–PA7)
Discussion of work packages and deadlines
Setup of internal tools (to-do lists, reporting templates)
Agreement on monitoring, evaluation, and quality standards
