About This Activity

PA3 focuses on creating the CREDIT Green Business Toolkit — a set of practical resources designed to help entrepreneurs, managers, and employees adopt sustainable practices in real business environments.

The toolkit is based on research, stakeholder input, and best practices from across Europe. It provides a strong foundation for the project’s training modules and digital lessons.

Objectives

  • Collect and analyze data from businesses and educators

  • Identify common challenges and training needs

  • Develop a toolkit with actionable content

  • Align green methods with digital tools and business models

  • Prepare a framework to support training and lesson creation

Tasks Involved

  • Desk research and surveys with stakeholders

  • Interviews and focus groups with green enterprises

  • Best practice collection across partner countries

  • Toolkit content design (topics, formats, languages)

  • Internal validation and partner feedback

Toolkit Focus Areas

The toolkit will cover four core topics:

  1. Green Office
    Energy efficiency, waste reduction, recycling strategies

  2. Green Procurement
    Sustainable supply chains, supplier selection, incentives

  3. Green Operations
    Eco-design, packaging alternatives, hazardous material management

  4. Training Evaluation
    Matching training content to real learner needs and company goals
