About This Activity

PA5 is where we test and refine the CREDIT training content. In this activity, we deliver the digital lessons created in PA4 to real learners in Greece, Turkey, and Italy using a blended learning approach.

The pilot training helps us evaluate the relevance, clarity, and impact of the materials before wider public release through the MOOC platform.

Objectives

  • Deliver structured training sessions to real participants

  • Test the effectiveness of the digital lessons

  • Collect feedback from learners, trainers, and employers

  • Identify opportunities for improvement

  • Strengthen participants’ green and digital skills

Tasks Involved

  • Adapt training content for each partner country

  • Organize 8-session pilot courses

  • Train educators and facilitators to run the sessions

  • Monitor participation and engagement

  • Evaluate outcomes and collect feedback

Training Format

Each country will run a pilot course with:

  • 8 sessions total:

    • 2 face-to-face sessions

    • 6 online sessions

  • Methodologies used:

    • Non-formal and informal education methods

    • Warm-up activities and media use

    • Teamwork and group mini-projects

    • Self-assessment and personal reflection

Participants Involved

  • Lead Partner: SISERA (Greece)

  • Country-level trainers and facilitators

  • Direct participants:

    • 8–10 employees per country

    • 2–5 employers per country

    • 4 trainers/stakeholders per country
