About This Activity
PA2 is the backbone of the project’s internal coordination. Led by SISERA, this activity ensures that all actions across partners are aligned, reported, and evaluated correctly throughout the project duration.
It includes communication, financial management, documentation, internal quality assurance, and regular progress tracking.
Objectives
- Monitor progress across all work packages (PAs)
- Maintain regular partner communication
- Ensure quality, timing, and documentation
- Support transparency, reporting, and budget use
- Manage risks, changes, and feedback loops

Monthly progress updates
Evaluation forms for partners and participants
Communication dashboard for shared tracking
Budget monitoring and reporting
Internal review of deliverables before publication
